Ravinder Singh, author of best-sellers like I too had a love story and can love happen twice? comes out with another book called “Like it happened yesterday”. It is a fiction and portrays the exquisite expedition of our school days. 

 It is a realistic and sensible novel and you can associate many episodes with your childhood.  He also talks about passionate questions regarding ’how a child takes birth’ which had given him sleepless nights. The book portrays the joy and ecstasy of the growing up, your first crush, board exams, good and bad company, the pain of injections, black and white television, childhood fantasies, strange discoveries and parental pressure. It’s an action packed book and the plot moves at a reasonable speed. The characters in book are strong, realistic and appealing. One can easily relate to the characters in the novel. It is an easy read and it is not only targeted towards the youth but also every individual who wants to go back to their school days.

You can`t expect much from the book. There`s no trill in the book, it has a formless conclusion but you can still have a wonderful journey of your childhood with Ravinder Singh.

Ravinder Singh`s works like “I too had a love story” and “Can love happen twice” will be always close to readers heart but this is a book which is meant to be read and forgotten in a few days. The book is presented in an exceptional manner. It has a magnificent cover picture designed by Getty Images. If you want to go back to your good old days of your school life, then grab it and refresh your mind.

Ravinder Singh, the bestselling author of I Too Had a Love Story and Can Love Happen Twice? has now come up with his third book Like It Happened Yesterday, based on his childhood that he has spent in Burla, a small town in western Orissa. Ravinder Singh had started his career with an IT company but his destiny brought him into writing. He is currently based in New Delhi and has chosen writing as his full time career.
